Chase Pearrow is a rare offensive weapon. In his senior season at Waxahachie, he slashed .570/.615/1.100 across 100 at-bats — numbers that don’t happen by accident. They reflect a hitter with exceptional hand-eye coordination, elite rotational power, and the discipline to make consistent hard contact. His 76 mph bat speed, 104.3 max exit velocity, and 32.7 g hip acceleration all register in the top tier at the prep level.
Pearrow led all of 6A Texas in both home runs (12) and RBI (53), setting school records in each, while striking out just four times all season. That K-to-production ratio is exceptional at any level. His swing generates torque through explosive hip rotation, and he stays through the ball with disciplined hands. When elite bat speed meets repeatable mechanics, you get what Chase showed in 2025.
Showcase numbers reinforced his in-season production. In 19 plate appearances across events, Pearrow slashed .647/.684/1.059 with just two strikeouts. He performs under evaluation — which speaks to his mental makeup and the confidence built from doing it all year in competition.
At 5′11″ and 185 lbs, Pearrow has the physical profile to hold up at premium positions. His 90 mph arm makes him a legitimate threat up the middle or on the left side, and his athleticism gives coaches reason to believe he can move between SS, 3B, and outfield as needed at the collegiate level. That versatility is what coaches covet when building a roster.
He is not a burner, but he is a quality athlete who can handle a position switch without losing value. His competitiveness and baseball IQ make him a plug-in contributor regardless of where he lines up on the field.
When you put together a .570 average, 12 home runs, 53 RBI, and four strikeouts across a full high school season — all school records, all best in 6A Texas — you don’t question the bat. You recruit it. Chase Pearrow enters Navarro College as one of the most productive prep hitters in the state and arguably the most efficient contact-power combination in his class.
The accolades validate it: 1st Team All-State, District 11-6A MVP, and DMN Offensive Player of the Year don’t go to prospects — they go to producers. Pearrow is a legitimate mid-major to high-major offensive talent who backed up his tool grades with historically dominant performance at the 6A level. He is ready now.
