Zion Sports Agency operates through two separate divisions, owned by separate entities. This notice outlines how those divisions operate independently and the standards we hold ourselves to in every athlete relationship.
How We Are Structured
Zion Sports Agency operates two fully independent divisions — the Recruiting Division and the NIL Division — each owned and operated as separate legal entities. These divisions do not share services, fees, agreements, or athlete relationships. A player engaged by one division has no relationship with the other.
This structure is intentional. It ensures that athletes utilizing recruiting services are never exposed to the NIL, legal, or wealth management services offered by the NIL Division — and vice versa. The divisions operate independently in all respects.
Provides recruiting advisory services only. Athletes in this division are not receiving and have not received any NIL deal guidance, legal representation, wealth management, or financial services of any kind.
Provides legal, NIL, and wealth management services exclusively to NCAA D1 athletes, high-level prospects, and JUCO athletes transferring to D1. This division operates entirely separately from recruiting services.
Gifts & Impermissible Benefits
No athlete represented by the Recruiting Division has received, been offered, or been promised any of the following from Zion Sports Agency, its representatives, or any affiliated party:
No merchandise, equipment, apparel, electronics, or items of any monetary value have been provided to any athlete in the Recruiting Division.
No meals, drinks, tickets, or entertainment of any kind have been provided to athletes or their representatives by this agency.
No transportation, travel expenses, or lodging has been arranged or paid for on behalf of any athlete or their family members.
No NIL deal negotiation, legal representation, wealth management, or financial advisory services have been provided to any athlete in the Recruiting Division.
NJCAA Student-Athletes
Athletes currently competing at NJCAA member institutions who appear on this website do so for recruiting visibility purposes only. The Recruiting Division provides recruiting advisory services. The NIL Division's services — including legal representation, NIL deal guidance, and wealth management — are not available to current NJCAA student-athletes.
